This tired 1960’s bungalow was in need of modernisation throughout as well as a 25m² extension in order to give a large kitchen/entertaining area.

Bifold doors were installed to extend the entertaining area into the garden during the summer months. Skirting boards and architraves were replaced throughout with the stylish torus design being installed. Underfloor heating and additional storage cupboards were also installed.

Two new bathrooms, a newly fitted kitchen, and rewiring of the bungalow completed the process.

Due to restricted access, all material was moved through the house in wheelbarrows!

This client had recently moved into this property and had a garden that had not been touched for many years.

Our brief was to create a building in the garden that was to contain an office at each end and a children’s room in the middle.

Luxury artificial grass was laid to enable the children to play all year long.

Our team also installed promenade Indian sandstone to provide a large entertaining area as well as a path from the house to the office.

Due to restricted access, our dedicated team moved over 500 tons of spoil and materials in and out of this garden using wheelbarrows through the house. Even our excavator had to come through the house!

Our client wanted to turn the garage that was being used as a storeroom into a much-needed bedroom and additional utility area.

The utility area was fitted with a work unit and under worktop storage as well as shelving and plenty of helpful power sockets. A coat-hanging facility was also installed with a bespoke shoe rack capable of housing 36 pairs of shoes/boots.

Our team fitted both rooms with torus skirting and architrave and all pipe work was boxed in.

Our electrician installed downlighters in both rooms to give maximum light and numerous double power sockets.

We then decorated both rooms to the client’s specifications and had carpet laid in the bedroom and vinyl in the utility area.
